The overall goal (Outcome) of the project is that ‘the sustained capacities and expertise among African CSOs in the 10 focus countries contribute to their long-term engagement in the GCF processes within established national structures where CSOs play, constructive and meaningful roles to advocate for transformative GCF-funded activities, transparency and accountability of national authorities and GCF implementing actors.
